We have a week to go before our Family Promise host week begins on Sunday, August 8th. A huge thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer so far! Here are the updates to know going into our host week and beyond.

Abby has started a new job which is keeping her busy! We miss seeing her and Asa at the day house, but so happy of the progress she is making towards her goals.
Ajok and her three children joined program and are quickly settling in. They are all very sweet. Mom is also 8 months pregnant. We are so happy that they are here with us.
Maliyah chose to leave the program and we wish her and her children well.

Family Promise is almost completely donor-funded and the Gala is a crucial fundraiser for this program. The pandemic has brought many changes to our program and with the eviction moratorium expiring, more families than ever will be needing our services. We need folks to bring their friends and family to this event, help contact others to increase attendance and donate goods for the live and silent auction (baskets are welcome!) Please let Erin know if you can help in any of these ways.
