Hello Friends!
Erin, Co-Coordinator here, and I wanted to remind everyone that our church’s Family Promise Host Week is coming up June 28 – July 5. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, we are not hosting families in our church this time around. Assuming our disease numbers stay down, this will change for our next host week! For June/July, the families in our rotation will continue to shelter in place (in our case, the same duplex as last time) and volunteers will do contactless delivery meals to their doors in the evenings. We still have three days open and sign up is in our private Family Promise group as a poll. I’ll be posting the last remaining days on the private church page for those interested.
We currently have 3 families in program, and we will support the same two families we had in April.
- Food allergies = peanuts, walnuts, bananas, melons (all Family 1)
- Family 1 = 2 adults, 3 kids
- Family 2 = mom, daughter, 5, son, 4 mos

Saturday, June 20: Join us for #NightWithoutABed, to raise awareness and funds for families experiencing homelessness. Sleep somewhere other than your bed, and challenge your friends to do the same. Facebook Event

Supply Needs
– Black Hair products ie. Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturizer (SheaMoisture, Camille Rose, Cream of Nature)
– Airfreshener (plug-ins, spray)
– Gift cards (Walmart, Target, O’Reilly, AutoZone)

New Day House Hours & No-Contact Supply Donations:
- Donation drop-offs available ONLY Monday-Friday, 1-3pm
- For requested items only (please see needs list above – you might need to call to make sure this is the most updated list)
- We cannot accept other donations at this time, such as used clothing.
