Genesis 1:6-8
Long, long ago, first the first moments of creation when God formed the earth and day and night something new happened. God decided to create again. This time, “God said, ‘let there be an expanse to separate water from water’.” God named the expanse sky. At the first of the second part of creation God gave us sky.
As we continue to learn about creation we see that God takes time to create. Each piece of creation is given it’s own moments. God does not rush through making each thing just so. This is a good reminder to us that in everything we do we should take our time and not rush to finish.
Have you ever been to the ocean? If you have you have probably seen where the sky meets the water. What did you think?
